Product Quality and Appearance

NO two arrangements are exactly identical, as flowers vary in size, shape, and form. Slight differences are expected for arrangements including placement, tones, and color although the same flower types were used. This ensures every arrangement is unique and special.

Despite our effort to provide accurate representation thru images of the flowers' appearance, actual colours may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting condition at the time photo was taken, among other factors.

Custom Arrangements

Adequately provide your requests/ preferences for custom arrangements including theme, color scheme, and choice of flowers to be used or not (if any). A sample photo of what you have in mind would be great that we will try to recreate with a hint of our own touch.

Once arranged, we will show a photo for approval and only minimal modifications will be entertained. Please understand that while we are determined to provide arrangements that suit your preferences, certain arrangements will require to cut flowers that we wouldn't want to put to waste.

Nationwide Shipping

We ship NATIONWIDE! A photo of the product and package will be sent before shipping. Shipping receipt will also be sent including courier tracking number (if any). Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer, on top of the order. Lead time for shipping depends on the courier, including different factors.

While we ensure our arrangements are carefully packaged, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by shipping/delivery from courier.

Same Day Delivery

BULACAN

We only accept same day delivery within Baliuag, Bulacan (and nearby areas) if picked flowers are readily available and orders are confirmed before 11 AM.

METRO MANILA

Orders for Metro Manila can be booked for deliver via Lalamove/Grab the following week from the payment/confirmation of order, again, if flowers are in stock and available. Delivery fee will be shouldered by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Orders will be tagged as confirmed, only after payment was made. Cancellation and refunds will no longer be entertained thereafter.

Complaints

Complaints and issues must be reported within 24 hours after receipt of the package. Returns/refunds are subject to review if flowers are damaged. We are not liable for any damage or loss caused by shipping/delivery.
